I’ve heard that iphone4 is coming with Micro SIM . If it is the case, Can I use the existing SIM card in the new phone SIM card slot.

No. You have to cut down your sim to fit the microsim tray.

CNET just had a piece about a punch type device that you incert your sim card into and it will trim your sim card down to micro sim size. It lists for $25 online. Also the iPhone 4 will be offered in stores and online in Canada sometime in the near future. July or August is my guess
