Earlier, the man from Sony Ericsson only answered “the first quarter of 2010″ when asked whether when the Google Mobile Xperia X10 will go on sale. On his web site indicates you now 10 February as the date on which it plans to begin selling the phone via the web-stores.
As with a number of previous occasions, it is the British part of Sony Ericsson which has been a bit more generous with information than the rest of the company.
That it aims for a day in February is not exactly unexpected. To begin selling a phone, especially the expensive kind, is something most manufacturers try to avoid doing in January, when the wallet is extra thin for many.

While Sony Ericsson has a pressure on himself to move as quickly as possible to get a Google mobile on the market that can match other manufacturers’ efforts to Android. The X10, at least initially will be delivered with version 1.6 of Android makes it extra urgency to get it out before the competition completely gone over to version 2.0.
