<p><i>Answer by el tom</i><br/>As far as I know there is no such thing as &#8220;symbian version of skype&#8221; i.e. there is no official Skype client. There are several applications that allows you to use the Skype network (e.g. Fring, from http://www.fring.com) but none that I know support video calls.</p>
