There was a computer animated show (not cartoon animated) in the late 90′s or early 2000′s where it was about an android/robot younger brother and older sister who would fight to save the world and they liked to spend time in a restaurant. Maybe one of the siblings worked in the restaurant?

Sound like Dot and Enzo from Reboot. The older sister Dot ran a restaurant and the guardian Bob would go there.
